A pretty address, very discreet, full of heart and flavours. With his wife Michèle, Pascal Combette, Pascal Combette, strives to make ice creams as naturally as possible. The sorbets smell like orchards and fresh berries from the garden, the ice cream is creamy without being too creamy and very delicate. Madagascar vanilla or wild strawberry are the great classics of the house. But for more than twenty years, Pascal has been inventing perfumes with a few notes of alcohol: litchie-saké, pêche-rivesaltes, ti-punch... His creations are sold in individual pots, in half or three-quarters of a litre.
