This pastry with very clearly nipponled influences - it bears the name of the boss - plays the map of mixing, marriage between French classics and Japanese specialties, giving birth to successful and sometimes moving cakes and pastries. We love the Tokyo Dôme (citrus foam and chocolate), the cabbage Sun Levant or Azuki's pasta cake. In the summer, the map enlarges to welcome kaki-gôri, to the great delight of the Japanese ice-cream fans, served and tabbed with a fruit coulis! This tea-salon is one of Passy's most pleasant places to enjoy a softness.
