Claude Maret, President of the CIFA and IFOPCA, took up his parents' shop in 1986, created in 1950. There are all traditional cheeses from all walks of life in particular the Auvergne and Aveyron cheeses. A complete palette of the country's cheeses with four varieties of cantal, from the sweet to the cantal of two years old, three kinds of roquefort, Carles, Papillon and Baragnaude, the marote of the Shepherd's shepherd, the illumination of Aubrac and a very wide range of 30 to 40 goats coming from the whole of France. We come here for guided advice and to visit the cheese cellar by appointment. It is a small, extraordinary 25 square meter boutique that does not dissolve.
