Sanae Hisada opened his first cheese store in Tokyo in 1985. After internships in French major French refiners and numerous cheese rewards, she opened her Parisian store in 2004 in one of the oldest refining cellars in Paris. She is the first Japanese woman to have the title of master ripener and has 21 dairies in Japan. He is a passionate and creative person. She innové her maroilles with sake. She seizes des from the Nakka distillery to fine-tune her Reggiano Parmesan cheese. She imagined a fresh goat with a thin layer of nuts and honey and covered with potato starch soaked in Yoichi 15 years. A restaurant at 47, rue Richelieu, Salon Cheese Salon, offers a fully cheese-style card.
