In this dojo, we form and practice the Meridians des under the direction of Kazunori Sasaki senseï, disciple of Shizuto Masunaga senseï. This traditional Shiatsu school offers courses and treatments of Shiatsu Shiatsu (several weekly courses) and Des discoveries, to familiarize themselves with this art of touch. These meetings are held on each first Tuesday of the month for about 45 minutes (participation: 20 €, registration on [email protected], provide a comfortable dress). It is also possible to follow courses in Dō in, very easy to access, allowing relaxation and development of body flexibility and self-perception for better vitality, they take place Monday at 12 pm, Tuesday at 13 pm, on Wednesday at 19 pm.
