A few steps from Parc Monceau and Boulevard Pereire, this bistronomic brasserie, which successfully meets the challenge of beauty and goodness, is one of the best in the 17th arrondissement. In the kitchen, Sébastien Boyer and his team work hard with enthusiasm and creativity to offer a meticulous and surprising cuisine. Millésimes thus aligns seasonal dishes that are always balanced, based on market vegetables. Pâté en croûte or lamb pie are just perfect. The fish tartare of the moment (sea bream or swordfish) and the black blood sausage with chorizo are also perfect. And so is the marble chocolate cake that beautifully concludes an already very convincing culinary experience. And to crown it all, the hospitality and service are very courteous.
