This neighborhood eatery is a favorite with lovers of well-crafted local cuisine, using products sourced largely from the Aveyron region. Among the house favourites are hot Chavignol crottin on a bed of salad, duck confit, beef steak with pepper sauce and crème brûlée. On this summer's evening, a delicious fillet of ling with lemon sauce - our guest's choice - had made its way onto the menu, while the special of the day on the slate was a beef shank with olives, which delighted our taste buds.
