Restaurant offering a catering service and take-away meals in Paris.

An address that will remain engraved on the taste buds of those who love couscous! Jaffar Achour and his son are from Kabylia, and the couscous they serve here bears the mark of the region: The exceptionally fine semolina is prepared by steam and sieved when it is still burning. As for the broth, it does not include fat. Add to this delicious skewers, merguez, lamb ribs, chicken legs, five steamed vegetables and you can get one of the best couscous in Paris, one of the most original ones too. To change a bit from couscous, you will also find a very nice selection of tagines and typical starters. The decoration is picturesque and trendy at the same time with a true contemporary touch. Anecdotally, Zerda Café is not just any couscous restaurant… The historic sign, which is still open in the 10th, was one of the first Algerian restaurants in Paris. It was founded in 1946 and originally called El Golea by a former Companion of the Liberation. He would have chosen to call it so to pay tribute to this city of southern Algeria, which would have taught him everything according to him. Finally, more specifically, this restaurant also offers a catering service and take-away dishes, unlike the address of the 10th, which offers only on-site dining.
