By the same team that the restaurant Nos Ancêtres les Gaulois in the 4th in Paris, here is a First Avenue which is straight from Big Apple. Indeed, everything here, the architecture, the music and obviously the menu, carries the mark of the city of New York. So, on the program, you will find a list of unmissable products in Manhattan such as the famous bagels (Brooklyn, little Italy, Meat Packing or Broadway), the cobb or goat-cheese salad, the pumpkin soup, BBQ ribs and obviously the burgers, with no less than six suggestions including a Lexington avenue burger that consists of tomato, salad, cheddar, bacon, fried onions and first avenue sauce - no less! You will understand it, as in USA, the dishes are really generous and the service is relaxed, smiling. As for the desserts, do not miss the chance to taste the carrot cake and its Philadelphia icing, or the Alison cheesecake (even if you do not know the talented Alison) and its crispy pasta with maple syrup.
