MUM DIM SUM
Excellent dishes cooked on the spot that can be taken to a friendly restaurant in Paris.
The dim sum designates a set of small steamed bites and served in China in a bamboo basket at the tea ceremony. A great classic of Parisian Chinese restaurants where they often leave the freezer. Here, bites are designed and cooked locally and can be washed. For example, they can be found in shrimps/bambou/coriander or in chicken/carotte/liseron and ginger, or in vegetarians/coriander/petits. There's really for all tastes. One can add a green mango salad, wild rice or Thai, precede the dim sum of an Asian soup and finish with a dim sum sweet to chocolate. The lunch menus are an excellent business because they can diversify the bouchées.
