Establishment in Paris offering Indian specialties, fish, grilled poultry and a delicacy.
Kirane's is the "ray of sunshine" which, among other things, ensures that plants grow. Gupta ensures the smooth running of their home decorated with refinement and creativity that sometimes miss colleagues. The hotel offers the essence of Indian specialities such as fish fillets in fenugreek and lemon marinade, grilled at the tandoor, sublime as well as grilled chicken boneless in tandoor, served in tomato sauce and ginger, dotted with fresh coriander. But we're discovering the dum (à) kitchen that comes from northern India. The dishes gently fade into a paste of Indian bread and provide a taste of taste. Preparations respect the flavours of the products, while playing with the possibilities offered by spices. As a dessert, indulge in a surprising delicacy served at the Grand Moghul courtyard… prices are a little higher than in most district Indian restaurants, but you pay the seriousness of the kitchen and the chic and chic atmosphere. After more than 30 years to régaler his customers, Kirane recorded in a book his best recipes…
