UMI
Japanese restaurant serving fresh and creamy organic raw fish.
A little room with Japanese look with maps of Japan and the trinkets that plant the decor right away. On the menu, sushi, sashimis, rolls… Everything prepared by a true Japanese chef who still speaks with difficulty our language but who master the art of sushi brilliantly. But the particularity of this establishment is that it's the first Japanese restaurant to serve organic fish, and really make the difference, because the fish is much cooler and more creamy than in the traditional Japanese restaurants. Everything is good, well presented, and the boss's wife is a thoughtful waitress, even though she is sometimes somewhat outdated. Only a flat side, the sashimis plate is really light, too light, so take the sushi, the rolls or the chirachi.
