This sushi restaurant is a real standout in the sushi world, as its dishes are entirely vegan! Veganism prohibits the consumption of any food derived from animals, unlike vegetarianism, which only eliminates meat and fish. Christian Ventura, Mexican chef and defender of marine biodiversity, heads up this innovative establishment - a second has just opened on rue Jouffroy d'Abbans (17th arrondissement). Les sushis sont délicieux et très travaillés, il y a beaucoup de choix. Le service et le cadre étaient aussi très agréables. Les prix peuvent paraître un peu élevé mais rien de surprenant pour cette qualité

Une chouette adresse de sushis végétaux. Les goûts sont bien reproduits c’est à s’y méprendre et les combinaisons sont assez originales ! Le cadre est sympa, épuré et plus classe qu’un restaurant de sushis traditionnel !!

Super restaurant végane je recommande. Les makis sont élaborés aux goûts et textures divers, tout est végane, donc aucune maltraitance animale, tout régime alimentaire est le bienvenu (femmes enceintes par ex.). Le lieu est cosy et chaleureux.
Tout est bon sur la carte, allez-y les yeux fermés !

Il vaut mieux réserver avant et venir tôt.
