Cantinette in Paris preparing raw fish dishes with a very honest quality-price ratio.
In the Batignolles district, Chieko Fujimoto (formerly at Bizan) opened this lovely ten-seat cantinette, authentically nippone where excellent fish dishes are tasted (sushi, sashimi, chirashi…), finely trenched and poetic. The bento at lunch time has an honest price/price ratio. The cream burned to sesame is top. The order went through walkie-walkie in the basement kitchens. A sure heart! However, attention is paid to the weekend, especially the weekend, and you should not forget to call a call upstream to know if tickets are free!

La salle de restaurant n’est pas très agréable, je vous recommande plutôt à emporter.
