I GHIOTTI

Instead of the Zinc Caïus, here is I Ghiotti, literally "Les Gourmands", which proposes a renewed map every month, inspired by the gastronomy in southern Italy. The emphasis is on seafood products (squid stuffed in Sicilian, clam sauté, etc.) and pasta (tortelli to ceps, squash and white truffle, cheese ravioli, etc.). Family and generous cuisine, a little rustic, with just what you need to mock - in summary, you will find everything you love in the La Botte kitchen, with a special mention for Venetian speciality, the tiramisu of toastées hazelnuts. Molto buono!
