Parisian bistro offering a menu of beautiful products of the Botte region, meats and fish.
Casting 100% Italian for this bistro created by Emiliano Marzini. From Tuscan, this young chef offers a menu inspired by the finest products of Italy. Among the starters, there are creamy mozzarella from Puglia, truffle cream, arugula and cherry tomatoes or an eggplant millefeuille on top of mesclun and pecorino chips. A nice selection of pasta, with a special mention for the homemade gnocchi with fresh nettle and the tortelloni stuffed with ceps and coated with black truffle cream. The menu offers Italian dishes, there is also a section of meat and fish, including a veal piccata with truffle sauce, served with potatoes fried in "grandmother" way and small salad or fried squids and shrimps accompanied with small seasonal salad. Tiramisu, chocolate cake, panna cotta or homemade small Cantuccini to be enjoyed with a sweet wine: the desserts are classic but delicious.

Nous venons trop peu souvent à notre goût mais à chaque fois nous sommes comblés.
Merci pour l’amour que tu mets dans tes plats.
Je plébiscite les tortelloni à la crème de truffe noire.
