Restaurant offering pizzas prepared with very good products.
Roco is the address of two friends, the creators of Roca a little farther on the same street at 31. Here, Alexandre Giesbert and Julien Ross go to pizza with a real gourmet intention that does not distort Italian classic recipes, in an industrial look where the chairs and raw materials have the beautiful share. While the untapped Napoli and Margherita provide always valiant service, the traditional 4 cheeses leave a Formagissima to mozzarella, taleggio, gorgonzola and pecorino. Fiamma pizza (with tomato sauce, milk flower, chili, pecorino) or Parma show (with Parma ham) are other pizzas with very good products. They give this neo-pizzeria-gastro-bobo a great advance on other establishments that play in the same category.
