Established since 2008, Ivano Giordani has been able to take place in this 17 th-century shopping area, inviting us to enjoy the italian flavours. And of the talent he has this boy to seduce our taste buds in his cosy little cocoon and nicely decorated. And this seduction works thanks to the traditional Botte dishes. Scrambled eggs with truffle or lasagna lasagna by risotto in Chianti and Foie gras or soup with asparagus, it is not the revolution on the plate, but the cooking is fair and the perfumes respected.
