Gastronomic restaurant offering a menu of transalpine cuisine, thin-crust pizzas, meats and fish.
The Sormani siblings: the gastro and right next door the eponymous bistro. Two different fare registers, but the same requirement: to offer tasty transalpine cuisine. Thanks to the prices of the second restaurant, gourmets can enjoy a chic "cantiner" in a setting with a refined design blending grey, mauve and chocolate tones. The dining room opens onto the kitchen, with a view of the pizzaiolo loading his thin-crust pizzas into the oven. But the house also concocts dashing gourmet dishes, such as tonello vitato or mi-cuit de saumon sauvage-caponata-pestode tomates confites.
