Claudio Puglia, at the head of many Italian restaurants in Paris and far beyond, knows how to reinvent Italian traditional cuisine using unknown products to return to the true flavours of the land. Here, the room has a modern brasserie with wooden tables and stone walls. The map is divided by its variety and suggestions of the day. The same map is found in all its addresses. The assortment of antipasti «Like One loves» at € 19 is quite rich. The pan of squid and artichokes, tomato sauce slightly spicy was able to turn our palate without heating it. The home dessert menu offers a few originalités to sortir and treat cotta cotta differently. The lost brioche, lost bread and Nutella is a model of its kind.
