OYSTER BAR DESSIRIER
Chic restaurant offering oyster platters in several sizes.
At the Oyster Bar, the chic corner of the Dessirier brewery (Michel Rostang) dedicated to the oyster, the six hollow platform Platforms accompanied by a glass of white wine on the thumb or order are chosen. Oyster trays are proposed in several sizes: " Small Oysters "," Discovery "and finally" Special ". Three seafood trays for one or two people, mixing shellfish and crustaceans, are also available. On the map, oysters come from Utah Beach in Normandy, Cadoret in Brittany or Des d'Oléron. Other crustaceans and shellfish (belons, meal, clams, shrimp, clams, Spanish mussels or langoustines) are also available for affordable prices when the quality of the seafood served at Dessirier is known. The menus are good value for money with hearty and well prepared dishes. In entry, you recommend marinated salmon, candied fennel fennel, gravlax sauce to tarragon or 6 Butterfly special oysters. In a flat, the cod aioli is a treat but the fried whiting way Colbert is also very successful. But the desserts are not yet with a very good baba with rum accompanied by red fruits. Very good address in sum.
