Luxury brasserie in Paris serving seafood, fish, oysters, mussels and meats.
Michel Rostang collects the bistros, but only one plays the menu of marine flavors, Dessirier. Located on the square of Marshal-June, this luxury brewery is the anchor of seafood and fish lovers. They come to relax their thirst for oysters from various origins, from mussels, meal or lobster. They taste a handful of gray shrimp and a dozen pricks before melting on the filet of saint-Pierre, the frying pan or grilled sole. They also know that they will be able to vary their pleasures, especially with the casserole or lamb navarin before concluding with a hot soufflé. Every Tuesday, Chef Olivier Fontaine unveils his market menu.

On recommande chaudement.
