A loyal team surrounds Alain Bunel, the Patron boss, which has existed since 1989. Whether the month is combined or odd, it does not matter, there is a wide choice of oysters, of course from Marenne-Oléron, Brittany and Ireland, which can be accompanied by sea urchins, bulots, shrimp, clams, periwinkles and langoustines. A word about Francisco Pirès, the master peel: it accumulates rewards in major international competitions, and gives a very special - and visible - care to the laying of the trays and preparation of the shells. For the rest, and without surprise, fish are in honour, such as haddock, burbot, Saint-Pierre, mullet or royale. In entry, we enjoyed the Norwegian smoked salmon base and American salmon eggs, but stuffed oysters (butter, garlic, parsley) are not bad either. In a flat, the melting of garlic groves and the supions to the Provençal are a delight. Fine pie and burnt cream are home-made enough to be stressed.

Je ne sais toujours pas à quel point les huîtres étaient incroyables. Tellement rêveur ! Frais, charnu, riche, c'était littéralement la meilleure qualité. Les crevettes étaient incroyables, les serveurs étaient sympathiques et aimants. J'ai adoré, j'ai adoré la nuit ici.
Cet endroit est bon pour les huîtres. C'est vraiment frais et copieux. Il y a tellement de types différents que vous pouvez essayer différents types d'huîtres, et la conque, l'uni et les crevettes servies en accompagnement sont également très bonnes. Je pense que j'y retournerai bientôt. Je le recommande!

Fresh at its finest. Highly recommendable.
Still not over how amazing the oysters were. So dreamy! Fresh, meaty, rich, it was literally the best quality. Shrimps were amazing, servers were friendly and loving. I loved loved loved the night here.
이 집 굴 잘 합니다. 정말 신선하고, 꽉 찼어요. 종류도 다양해서 여러 종의 굴을 먹어볼 수 있고요, 곁들여서 나온 소라, 우니, 새우도 정말 양질입니다. 곧 다시 갈 것 같아요. 추천합니다!

Huitres Josephine et fines de claires très très bonnes. Les premières étants plus charnues et pleines de saveurs que les classiques fines de claires.
Oursins bien pleins, excellents
Friture anchois-calamars bonne aussi.
Le tout avec une bouteille de Ladoucette, c’était très bien.
A noter que nous avons eu droit a un super Irish coffee gentiment offert.
