The Tourbillon presents itself on its website as a traditional restaurant, and you can quickly understand why to read the map. From the œuf egg egg to the morels of morels and fatty liver, through a pan-fried wild bar back and green vegetable risotto, brochet de or chateaubriand bœuf beef, the kitchen of this establishment is in a classic and bourgeois gastronomic tradition, without any taste of taste, but without any great fantasy either. But why should we always reinvent, reinterpret and revisit what does not always need to be done? Contemporary decor a little cold.

La nourriture de grande qualité (mention spéciale pour les adaptations végétariennes de leurs plats qui sont toujours magnifiques... bien que nous soyons dans un restaurant plutôt dédiés aux viandards)
Un rapport qualité/ prix imbattable et une carte des vins qui ravira les fans de découvertes... n'hésitez pas à demander au patron ce qu'il a "hors carte"... ca vaut le détour.
Nous étions très contents de cette trouvaille.
