Address in Paris offering a simple cuisine with seasonal products, meats, fish and a cheese platter.
In place of La Bigarrade, the young chef Sergio Dias Lino, formerly Christophe Bacquié and Olivier Samine, opened the Envy of the Day in November 2013. The kitchen in the counter, completely open on the small room of 26 seats, has been preserved, allowing the closest guests to follow the work in progress of a simple kitchen (two entrances to choice, meat or fish, two desserts), fresh, made from seasonal products. Creamy d, ceps emulsion and cécina chips, candied lamb shoulder, crushed of potato and mustard cream to old or cod and its pesto to in, it will have to be particularly difficult to avoid being seduced by plates that range between bistro and gastro with certain elegance. The cheese tray is served for the entire table, and as at Yves Camdeborde, you can use it as a will. Notice to amateurs, it is accompanied by homemade quince marmelade…
Service sympathique & efficace !
