AUX SAVEURS DU MARCHÉ
Brasserie in Paris serving fish and meat, with the house specialty: duck, and a signature dessert.
A contemporary atmosphere chic in red and black for this brewery that bears its name clearly, since we will actually find all the market flavours in David Cheleman's New Look. Mozzarella Barlotti, caviar of aubergines; cecina beef in Galicia; lawyer, pink grapefruit, crayfish: the entries are solar and Mediterranean. But fish and meat are a little more classical: cheeseburger Black Angus bio Irish for organic cheddar refined 9 months and onions candied; Australian Wagyu beef carpaccio; tender de France Salers; heart of organic rumsteak… However, the house's specialty remains the pan-fried duck tartar in Foie gras: a delicious local flair! Among the desserts, we enjoyed the salad of pineapple oranges passion and chocolate sweetness. The signature dessert is the bread brioche bread lost to the particularly creamy milk caramel.
