Bistro in Paris preparing fish, duck and meat, various desserts.
We thought there was no such thing as a bistro that didn't try to offer anything other than traditional, gourmet local cuisine, that stuck to its guns and did it well. Well, there are! And Le Bistrot d'Yves is one of them. The menu features invigorating mainstays that speak to everyone: poêlée of fresh mushrooms in season, Bistrot marinated salmon, homemade duck terrine, Bistrot cold ratatouille with poached egg, beef tartar, pan-fried prawns with coconut milk and curry, herb-infused roast cod, duck breast with imperial sauce and sautéed noodles, brioche perdu with maple syrup, mi-cuit with salted butter caramel, roasted figs with spiced red wine and amarena ice cream.
