Brasserie in Paris offering meats, duck, fish and snails.
Marble bar, wood panelling, engraved glass, 1900s atmosphere and pedestal table service: the décor and atmosphere of this brasserie will delight lovers of authenticity. Just like the menu, which happily offers a number of bistro-style dishes with an assertive and assertive classicism. It will therefore come as no surprise to see herrings marinated in oil and a fillet of Salers beef, homemade duck foie gras and sole meunière accompanied by mashed potatoes with semi-salted butter, six large snails from "l'ami Georges" and crispy calf sweetbreads. For dessert, an amber rum baba or small pots of old-fashioned cream (vanilla, coffee...). Nothing but good.

Le baba au rhum avec sa chantilly est un régal.
