Brasserie in Paris offering meats, duck, fish and snails.
Marble bar, wood panelling, engraved glass, 1900s atmosphere and pedestal table service: the décor and atmosphere of this brasserie will delight lovers of authenticity. Just like the menu, which happily offers a number of bistro-style dishes with an assertive and assertive classicism. It will therefore come as no surprise to see herrings marinated in oil and a fillet of Salers beef, homemade duck foie gras and sole meunière accompanied by mashed potatoes with semi-salted butter, six large snails from "l'ami Georges" and crispy calf sweetbreads. Le personnel est très accueillant, La cuisine est bonne, mais les prix ne sont pas justifiés. C’est une brasserie belle époque avec la clientèle qui va avec.
