Traditional neighborhood bistro preparing meats, a menu and a slate of gizzards salad and desserts.
In a room recently revamped with the colors of traditional neighborhood bistro, now bright and welcoming, you can discover the simple, rustic and gourmet menu that has definitively chosen its side, that of the Aveyron terroir. There are croques "minute" served at any hour, with raw ham, goat cheese, dry sausage, garlic sausage, rillettes, pork liver confit, Cantal cheese or Saint-Nectaire cheese. As for the carte on the slate, it is very straightforward with a salad of gizzard confits or a country terrine as starter, a shepherd's pie or a pinion of pork accompanied by ratatouille. The desserts? Creme brulee, fruit salad or tarte tatin.
