This family-run business offers seasonal and local produce on the slate. In addition to the express buffet, dishes include Auvergne and Cristal salads, garnished meats such as andouillettes, entrecôtes, tartares and cheeseburgers, as well as charcuterie and cheese platters. Desserts, such as apple pie and chocolate mousse, are homemade. Contrary to what its name might suggest, Le Cristal offers neither luxury nor superfluity, but simplicity and conviviality.
