Restaurant appreciated for its wooded setting, its fragrant cuisine with market products and its wine list.
A restaurant that smells well the province that we like, both by the warm wooded setting and the fragrant cuisine: that of sauces and roasted meats. Here we do not peck in a few cubic centimeters of an experimental dish, you are here to enjoy generous and tradition dishes, in short to give pleasure to the taste buds and activate our gastric juices! The blows of hardened forks are ready to attack a nice steak, prime rib, accompanied by bougnat apples, potatoes sautéed with garlic and parsley or a calf's head with gribiche sauce, another specialty of the house. In season, young partridge, fillet of venison or wild boar, fricassee of pheasant or a rabbit stew will satisfy the game lovers in this place that looks like a hunting lodge.
The cuisine is entirely homemade from starter to and products come directly from the Rungis market. It should be mentioned, the wine list is nice and a small digestive such as a pear brandy will allow you to finish on a rustic and comforting note.
No false note and there are many regulars… a little happiness that should not be missed.

A real hidden Gem amongst the fake and bad touristy Paris restaurants. The service is wonderful, with attention to detail. The food was incredibly good. From the Escargot, Beef, and chicken each were well presented and cooked properly. The deserts was delicious combined with an espresso. The cognac was strong and smooth. Well done to all and thank you for finally providing a delicious meal.
