PARIS XVII
Restaurant with a retro room with old-fashioned tiles to enjoy a French cuisine without fuss.
In a retro room with yesteryear flooring, big enough just what you need, we feel comfortable upon arrival. The beautiful period advertising posters have as a taste of "déjà vu" and the jazzy music is relaxing. Here, we eat simple French cuisine prepared with good products, and prices are really reasonable given the quality. The menu changes every three weeks according to season and the market products. At the time of our passage, we could have tasted as a starter a smooth salmon gravlax and young spinach shoots. For the rest, we have feasted with a classic that remains on à la carte menu over the seasons: an beef rib steak, herb butter, new potatoes. The gnocchis, cream and pesto, and risotto to girolles were the Italian touch of the menu. But you may wonder, why Italy? Simply because the two charming bosses, two brothers, Cosimo and Constantine, are of Sicilian origin. So a little tribute to the country of Etna! But if Italian dishes vary according to the desires, one thing is sure: they are always well prepared as the alla casa. For the sweet delights, you are recommended "crème brulée of Jacques", the name of the client who eats it every evening at dinner (for the small story). As for the wine list, it is varied and of quality. We're dealing with connoisseurs. As proof, right next door, the wine boutique Cave XVII, which also belongs to the bosses, offers excellent wines. In short, Paris XVII is a choice address!

Serveurs sympas. Service long mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Peux raisonables
Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!
