Restaurant with terrace in Paris elaborating a French cuisine of the soil, meats and fish.
In a small, Quiet street in the 17 th arrondissement, the Ternes Plaira will delight lovers of well-frills French cuisine, where the portions are consistent and traditional recipes at the meeting. By entering, you will find the traditional mayonnaise egg, the fresh salmon tartar and the creamy lentils salad to the smoked magret. Small touch of originality: Nems with goat cheese and honey are to be tried because they are crunchy to wish and the sweet salé is successful. In flat, the classics paved with rumsteak, charolais beef tartar prepared, and other thighs of candied duck duck are a treat. Tiramisu, lemon cream and chocolate sweetness are the final bouquet of a French gastro meal. The head of the establishment, Micheline Johnson, a young woman of Beninese origin, who took over the restaurant in 2016 after having spent more than 20 years in the restaurant Le Central in Meudon, which was already putting French cuisine from the local to the honour.
