Located near Monceau, the Table du Caviste Bio is an original restaurant with elegant and sober décor, in clear shades of cold grey, lemon yellow notes. You can enjoy a bistronomic cuisine above all French but with Japanese touches since it is a talented chef from Japan, Junko Kawasaki, who creates the dishes, which are predominantly organic and change every week. For example, the unexpected veal head in tartare sauce. The list of the 250 wines, all organic, are wines that are combined well with the flavour of the dishes offered here. La sommelier était en revanche très désoblieant a la fin du repas, nous reprochant d'utiliser nos Yums et refusant même le paiement via l'application. Nous a donné la sensation d'être des profiteurs, et nous a donc fait passer un moment désagréable. Dommage !
