MON LOUP
Restaurant with a vintage and contemporary look where you can enjoy good grandma's cooking revisited with a modern sauce.
In a room with a vintage and contemporary look, often with silent film screenings on the wall, Mon Loup offers good grandmother's cuisine revisited with a modern sauce. Why Mon Loup? Quite simply because Serge and Pascal, the mischievous bosses, already had a first address named Ma Biche in the 18th arrondissement and they are reproducing the same concept here, so the two are a perfect match! Here too, the dishes evolve depending on the seasons... At the time of our visit, the menu included: homemade dishes of smoked and marinated blue fish to be shared on a market garden bed by the Desmonts brothers, a Paris-Bangkok Veggie Cappuccino, pumpkin and coconut emulsion, an organic Limousin rib steak 300 g (Eric Zins) and Cantal potato gratin. But the originality of Mon Loup is truly the quality of the products, which are all direct producers. The boss even knows most farmers personally and helps to preserve often difficult jobs, especially against the giants of the agri-food industry. Good organic wine list. Here's something to be engaged with your fork and a little drink!
