Le chef ne souhaite peut-être pas que le restaurant soit populaire auprès des touristes japonais, mais le déjeuner est abordable par rapport à d'autres restaurants étoilés et je le recommande vivement à un débutant à Paris comme moi.
Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une excellente expérience. J'y retournerai sans aucun doute !
