Julien Bissonnet, from a family with a long tradition of culinary excellence, and his partners, have just opened their second "Gueuleton" restaurant in the capital - not to mention numerous other outlets in the provinces. Here, meat is king, and many come here to savor the incredible prime rib, one of the best in the capital. But it's all meats - and some fish - that take pride of place in this den of goodness. A quick tour of the equally excellent wine list is a must.
