The chef's kitchen of this subtly decorated restaurant in the air of time, signed by Pascale de Montremy, shows us every visit his renewed attraction, cleverly balancing between classic plates and more exotic proposals inspired by Asia. In the first category, poached egg and its caviar caviar, pan of fungi, smoked and blinis salmon. In the second, curry feuille of banana leaf, roast cod and its Thai rice or tartar, mango and fennel tartar. Trendy and young customers, largely made up of people who are used to it, a sign that does not fool.
