Having lunch at Roca, in the 17th arrondissement, is necessarily dealing with celebrities since some famous figures are at the origin of the project. The young chef's cuisine is pure, harmonious and without superfluous, made from a limited number of products of the moment. An efficient and gourmet work, gently popular and in the very spirit of the times: hake steak, risoni and spinach shoots, beef fillet, eggplant and potato gnocchi, and as a dessert, the apple and tonka bean tatin. It's hard not to find something to satisfy your desires in this setting, contemporary and chic at the same time. We validate, of course.
