Hotel-restaurant in Paris offering a cuisine made with fresh products, meats and a revisited tagine.
The young chef of this restaurant, we know him, his name is Mohamed Si Abdelkader and he was a candidate of Top Chef on M6 in 2014. After working under the orders of Christophe Hays at the Hôtel de Sers in Paris, here he is at the helm of this halal restaurant in these chic areas, on the program a cuisine exclusively made from fresh ingredients. We like the creamy risotto with langoustines, emulsion of shellfish aroma, majestic tile with black curry; the beef bourguignon and its spicy sauce, made with its winter vegetables; the tagine revisited with modern style, a travel in the East on a sweet flavours way with a medallion of cockerel stuffed with prunes, mini crunchy vegetables and iced with thousand of colors, finally, the molten chocolate cake and its crunchy hazelnuts. The compositions are rightly tasty and full of flavour, the presentation is contemporary.
