Parisian-style bistro prized for its Southwestern bistro cuisine with specialties from the Rodez region.
If you like old Parisian bistro, here you will be served! In a noisy and quick atmosphere, you can enjoy your meal side by side, and hop the menu, and hop the order... So, everything goes quickly as if it was necessary to make the address success most profitable. So, for the quietness, choose the last services. As it would be a shame not to taste in the best conditions the regionalist bistro cuisine of the Southwest, even micro-regionalist even with specialities from the region of Rodez, prepared by Philippe and Pénélope Tredgeu for more than ten years. The country terrine which opens the meal is particularly tasty. You can continue with a beautiful discovery, the beef stew and veal trotter with red wine and macaroni gratin, as well as a leg of lamb roasted with garlic and thyme or a cod roasted with piquillos and chorizo. Finally, well proportioned desserts like a pears clafoutis, a fine apple pie, salted butter caramel ice-cream or the mont blanc and it's done!
