Tradi-chic bistro with terrace in Paris serving simple starters, meats and farm poultry.
There is an air of "already seen" when you enter this bistro. The inscription "restaurant - wine dealer" reminds us of someone. The desserts signed by Jean-Paul Hévin. Wouldn't the «Victor» bistro at Lauriston Street be behind this recent recovery? Bingo is good for them, Fred in the head. Their new den? A delicious-chic bistro, refait the floor with mirrors as if it rains, a pretty terrace and a new vintage wallpaper. The kitchen? Simple and fresh entries, such as rabbit bowl in jelly to tarragon served in verrine or an egg pot organic to leeks and sheep's cheese. Following: a poultry farm with embeurrée mushrooms of green cabbage or a magret duck roasted with cranberries. Finally, and without surprise, an opera by Jean-Paul Hévin.
