LE CAFÉ D’ANGEL
Neighborhood bistro offering inventive dishes, meats, vegetables and seafood.
A neighborhood bistro that often gets full at lunch time. The tables are very close to each other, one is often in the conversation of its neighbours but no matter what the atmosphere is still good child and the fast service, with a magnificent view of the dining room. Behind his furnaces, Jean-Marc Gorsy is in his case between classical bistrotiers (gaspacho of vegetables to crayfish, foie gras en bowl, kidney kidney, bar of bar and artichokes in ', tomates lasagna etc.) and more inventive plates such as the bar tartar to sesame seeds and foie fatty liver, the pan of supions to fresh herbs, or the crisp of pig foot, leeks salad, emulsion tartare. In dessert, slices of caramelized pineapple, glace ice, and walnut and hazelnuts pie, vanilla ice, seal all the votes.
