Restaurant where the bourgeois and local cuisine is made with selected products, wine list offered.

This illustrious posh house of the beautiful neighbourhoods has been there for over a hundred years. First a wine merchant, then bistro and finally a restaurant, Les Caves Pétrissans of Marie-Christine and Jean-Marie Allemoz attract a beautiful clientele who appreciate, without being pejorative, have a good time around bourgeois and local cuisine made with carefully selected products. You can settle in the main room, on the cellar in the middle of the bottles, in a small living room or on the terrace during summer. On the programme, after a lentil salad with smoked duck breast or brawn, shallot vinaigrette, a tender heart, a calf head with ravigote sauce, or even linguine with small fried vegetables sautéed in wok. And finally, cherries with brandy, prunes with Armagnac. As for the wine list, it is simply stunning.

NOus avons dejeuné ce midi ( 3 octobre 2022) NOsu avons un tres bon moment
la tete de veau est savoureuse et le vin pied de Samson a decouvrir

Sans exagération nous sommes des habitués de cette maison ou l’on se sent chez soi, tout en n’étant pas chez soi !
Jean-Charles et son père sont aux petits soins !
Une cuisine « bourgeoise » parfaitement exécutée, une ambiance de quartier, une cave d’expérience centenaire…. Un must !!

Service odieux. Au moment de régler, nous faisons remarquer que l’on nous a facturé un plat à 29€ au lieu d’une entrée à 18 euros. Le patron nous répond sur un ton sec « si c’est trop cher, faut pas revenir ! Je vais finir par refuser des clients !»… Très choquant. Les serveurs n’ont pas le smile et on les comprend.
