Bistro in Paris offering meat, fish, traditional, family and gourmet cuisine.
We love this bistro... Sorry, we love this bouchon lyonnais created in 1945 for the unchanging side of a menu that seems to defy time and fashions. If you love the lamb leg, you will have to come on Monday. For the small savoury with lentils, see you on Tuesday. For the calf's head with gribiche sauce, Wednesday, and finally the pot-au-feu week for everyone on Friday. Of course, there is more than that, there is also pêle-mêle with hot sausage served with its potato salads, the saveloy pistachio with the green lentils of Puys, roast chicken and its tarragon juice, the pike quenelle and its coulis with crayfish or more original a royal sea-bream tartare accompanied with a mango and grapefruit. This brief inventory gives an idea on the cuisine, traditional in all, family without being familiar and especially gourmet. For dessert, go for a rum baba or a chocolate cake and praline feuilletine, and long live the tradition!
