Bistro with a warm welcome where the chef concocts inspired bistronomic cuisine without false notes.
Next to the porte de Champerret, the bistro of Gérard Castellani is now well installed. The charming welcome from Gerard, his beautiful Corsican accent, his tips and his wine list from the South have much to do with it. Let us not forget that its young chef trained at Ducasse (Spoon) and Savoy (Les Bookinistes) and its beautifully gastronomic cuisine, inspired and flawless, are also responsible for this success. Have you the shrimp tartare, gazpacho cucumber granny smith, the tuna just seized with capers and lemon with mentholated pea muslin, the sweetbread with Corsican tome cheese macaronis gratin, lacquered Iberian pluma with cashew nut, the melon and strawberry soup with bourbon vanilla ice-cream without forgetting the cheesecake with blackcurrant? No? So, reserve now, you will not be disappointed. Ah, one last thing, in summer, enjoy the the cold creamy chocolate with passion fruits and combawa mousse. A delicious dessert!
