LES GRANDES BOUCHES
Charming address where the menu varies according to the seasons and the dishes are of bistro tradition and of various influences.
The address has charm and it feels very good immediately. And when we tasted the kitchen, we swear definitively fidelity to the duo composed by Gauthier and Caroline. Their map varies every season and operates a very pleasant gap between dishes of bistrotière tradition and cosmopolitan influences (Asian, North African…). We love to start the flower flower, ricotta au in basil and beans, then flat cod fondant, Nero and Octopus risotto or roasted burbot with candied lemon, zucchini and boulghour to capers and olives. We finish our meal with a creamy cheesecake with cardamom apricots or a melting burrata vanilla, basil pesto. A treat you are told!
