RESTAURANT BRIGITTE
Bistro in Paris offering excellent beef and poultry à la carte, desserts.
Michel Rostang's former Bistrot d'à Côté, which became Bistrot de l'Avenue in 2008, is now called Brigitte. The dining room, with its counter and old cookery books on shelves, including many old Michelin guides, has not changed. As for the menu, it continues to focus on the great bistro classics, including an excellent Simmental rib of beef with Béarnaise sauce, poultry supreme stuffed with basil or crispy sweetbreads with fresh chanterelles. Finally, a glass of Breton bourgueil, cherry clafoutis, rhubarb compote and chocolate mousse.
