Lovely boutique hotel in a great location near the Arc de Triomphe - close enough to the action yet not too touristy.
I also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and staff were very kind to provide fresh scrambled eggs and bacon (as I arrived later and it was already eaten).
Special shout out to Xavier and Alexandria who both made my stay!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay. We will definitely return soon

Petit hôtel cosy, lit confortable, chambre très bien insonorisée, personnel accueillant et pdj très complet. Quartier vivant avec magasins et restaurants, légèrement excentré mais à côté du métro.

Gorgeous location and quality of services. The staff is extremely courteous and supportive of the customer's needs.
The rooms have been refurbished with high quality materials. Beds are comfortable. The standard room is a bit undersized, but adequate for tourists and business travellers.

Emplacement exceptionnel aussi bien pour sa proximité avec le palais des congrès, porte maillot que par la proximité avec les champs et l'arc de triomphe. Les restaurants dans la même rue sont de bonnes adresses.

Plusieurs années que je descends régulièrement dans cet hôtel. Prestations impeccables, accueil chaleureux, chambres suffisamment grandes et agréables, je n’envisage pas d’aller ailleurs quand je vais à Paris.

Hôtel à taille humaine avec un personnel à l'écoute et très bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Qui a déjà vu de la tome aux fleurs dans un hôtel ? J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce cocon à deux pas du palais des congrès. Merci

Terrible service
Made a booking and tried to cancel the following day for a booking that was made a month an half in advance. Was declined a full refund and have been told that if i cancel i will be charged extra. This is totally unfair and feel ive been scammed. Do not waste your money here.

We spent four days in Paris, where we had tickets for the musical "Notre-Dame de Paris" at the Palais de Congrès. Hotel Le 10 BIS had the perfect location for this. It's a lovely, small hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very quiet and well-equipped. The breakfast is well-sorted and abundant. The Metro/RER station is nearby, as well as many restaurants in the vicinity. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

We came for the weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Due to my allergies, we got upgraded to the junior suite (no carpet). The room was great. The bathroom was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the room was very quiet, we could easily sleep with the window open. The staff was very helpful and mindful. There was a birthday greeting card along with our pre ordered champagne bottle in our room. All in all, this a hotel that I could highly recommend!

Chambre très propre et lit confortable. Excellents produits dans la salle de bain. Je recommande.
